1. Consumer Legal Rights

Faulty or Misdescribed Products: If the product is faulty, not as described, or below standard, you are entitled to a full refund, replacement, or repair. Notify us within 30 days for a full refund. After 30 days and up to 6 months, we offer repair or replacement, and if this fails, a refund will be issued (gov.uk).

4. Return Shipping Costs
