Return & Refund Policy

1. Consumer Legal Rights

  1. Right to Cancel: You can cancel your order without reason within 14 days of receiving the product (“cooling-off period”) and have an additional 14 days to return it after notifying us. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product (gov.uk).

  2. Faulty or Misdescribed Products: If the product is faulty, not as described, or below standard, you are entitled to a full refund, replacement, or repair. Notify us within 30 days for a full refund. After 30 days and up to 6 months, we offer repair or replacement, and if this fails, a refund will be issued (gov.uk).


2. Cancellation Process

  1. To cancel, inform us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. After notification, you have 14 days to return the product.

  3. Please return the product in its original condition. Specific guidance will be provided if needed.

  4. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof of postage.


3. Items with Return Restrictions

Certain products cannot be returned due to legal restrictions:

  1. Customized or made-to-order products;

  2. Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers);

  3. Sealed products that cannot be returned once opened (e.g., cosmetics, DVDs, sealed underwear).


4. Return Shipping Costs

  1. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated before purchase.

  2. For faulty or incorrect products, we cover the cost of return shipping and the refund.


5. Refunds

  1. Refunds will be made using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

  2. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.


6. Additional Conditions

  1. You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.) to process returns.
